The Accountant will be responsible for the following:
- Generate and supervise standard journal entries.
- Oversee monthly financial transactions.
- Review and reconcile key general ledger accounts.
- Keep detailed records pertaining to fixed assets.
- Assist with processing ACH transactions and domestic wire transfers.
- Document financial transactions in the general ledger using the accounts payable (AP) payments process.
- Personal property tax schedules and annual filings.
- Engage in the ongoing planning process for annual audits.
- Assist in preparing schedules and other information required by auditors during financial audits.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements for the Accountant include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- 4 years of accounting experience
